Tapping Sleeves

We sell carbon steel tapping sleeves for making branch connections under pressure in 4” to 24” pipe with reducing and size-on-size flanged outlets. These sleeves offer full circumference support on most modern piping materials.  They are temperature rated from -20 to 180 degrees and pressure rated up to 175 PSI. These sleeves can be equipped with alloy or stainless steel bolts and nuts.  

To resist corrosion, these sleeves have a fusion bonded epoxy finish. The gasket is Nitrile (Buna N) compounded to resist water oil, acids, alkalies, most hydrocarbon fluids and other chemicals.
